Appointments

If you require an appointment on the day please ring between 8.30am - 9.30am. For book ahead appointments and general enquiries, please call after 9.30am whenever possible.

Telephone Advice
Your doctor will be happy to give you advice on the telephone when he/she is not consulting. The receptionist will ask you to leave a message and the doctor will return your call when time permits.

Out of Hours                               If you require urgent medical attention outside surgery opening times. Please call the NHS 111 Service. This free to call number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Test Results
Please telephone the surgery after 9.30am for your test results

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible. Simply contact the Office Manager and she will set all the necessary wheels in motion. Further written information is available on the complaints procedure from reception. We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.
